A pesar de no haberse declarado en quiebra, la empresa ha iniciado un proceso de reestructuraci\u00f3n para manejar sus obligaciones con los acreedores.<\/p>\n<h3>Un plan de reorganizaci\u00f3n para la marca m\u00e1s antigua<\/h3>\n<p>Desde finales de septiembre, <strong>Bianchi<\/strong> trabaja en un plan junto a bancos y acreedores para enfrentar sus problemas financieros. Se estima que la deuda total de la compa\u00f1\u00eda asciende a 100 millones de euros. El objetivo es alcanzar acuerdos para estabilizar la situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica antes de 2027.<\/p>\n<p>En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, la marca realiz\u00f3 significativas inversiones en nuevas instalaciones y productos, buscando una expansi\u00f3n internacional que no rindi\u00f3 los frutos esperados.
