La propuesta incluye la incorporaci\u00f3n de un tramo de <em>gravel<\/em> antes de las duras rampas finales del puerto. <strong>Javier Guill\u00e9n<\/strong>, director de la carrera, ha expresado su disposici\u00f3n a estudiar la viabilidad de esta idea.<\/p>\n<h3>Dos opciones de sterrato para el Angliru<\/h3>\n<p>La propuesta, presentada por <strong>Jos\u00e9 Antonio Mu\u00f1iz<\/strong>, presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n Amigos del Angliru, sugiere dos posibles tramos de tierra de aproximadamente tres kil\u00f3metros. Estos tramos conectar\u00edan con la carretera del Angliru cerca de Llagos, permitiendo que el pelot\u00f3n enfrente un sector de <em>sterrato<\/em> antes de retornar al asfalto.<\/p>\n<p>La adici\u00f3n del <em>gravel<\/em> no afectar\u00eda las famosas rampas del Angliru, como Los Picones y Cobayos, que alcanzan pendientes de hasta el 23,5%. Sin embargo, a\u00f1adir\u00eda complejidad en t\u00e9rminos de tracci\u00f3n y estrategia dentro del pelot\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00abNosotros escuchamos todas las ideas\u00bb, declar\u00f3 Guill\u00e9n, subrayando que cualquier cambio debe aportar inter\u00e9s sin aumentar innecesariamente la dificultad.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>El precedente de El Bartolo en 2026<\/h3>\n<p>El \u00e9xito del sterrato en la etapa de <strong>El Bartolo<\/strong> en 2026, donde <strong>Enric Mas<\/strong> sorprendi\u00f3 a <strong>Tadej Poga\u010dar<\/strong>, ha influido en la consideraci\u00f3n de esta nueva propuesta. Esa etapa mostr\u00f3 c\u00f3mo los caminos sin asfaltar pueden cambiar el desarrollo de una carrera, algo que ahora se eval\u00faa para el ic\u00f3nico Angliru.<\/p>\n<p>Javier Guill\u00e9n, quien inicialmente se mostraba esc\u00e9ptico, admiti\u00f3 tras esa experiencia que el sterrato podr\u00eda tener un lugar en el futuro de La Vuelta, aunque no de forma anual.
