El caso se ha presentado ante el Tribunal Mar\u00edtimo y Mercantil de Copenhague, donde Pedersen expres\u00f3 que la plataforma us\u00f3 su popularidad para vender suscripciones, lo que podr\u00eda afectar sus contratos publicitarios.<\/p>\n<h3>Demanda colectiva de deportistas daneses<\/h3>\n<p>Junto a Pedersen, otros once deportistas daneses se han sumado a la demanda, elevando el reclamo total a m\u00e1s de 267.000 euros. Entre los demandantes se encuentran tambi\u00e9n los ciclistas <strong>Mikkel Bjerg<\/strong>, <strong>Niklas Larsen<\/strong>, <strong>Amalie Dideriksen<\/strong> y <strong>Sebastian Fini Carstensen<\/strong>, as\u00ed como figuras del balonmano y el b\u00e1dminton.<\/p>\n<p>En su declaraci\u00f3n, Pedersen revel\u00f3 detalles de sus contratos publicitarios, como el acuerdo de m\u00e1s de 2,5 millones de euros con <strong>CRIVIT<\/strong>, para destacar el valor econ\u00f3mico de su imagen. \u00abEs dif\u00edcil vender mi nombre y mi imagen a otros si se utilizan gratis\u00bb, coment\u00f3 el ciclista.<\/p>\n<h3>La postura de HBO<\/h3>\n<p><strong>HBO<\/strong> niega las acusaciones, afirmando que ten\u00eda autorizaci\u00f3n para usar las im\u00e1genes en el contexto de los Juegos Ol\u00edmpicos, de los que pose\u00eda derechos de retransmisi\u00f3n.
