El neerland\u00e9s, a lo largo de sus 18 temporadas, logr\u00f3 destacarse con victorias en Il Lombard\u00eda 2019, dos etapas en el Tour de France y una en la Vuelta a Espa\u00f1a, adem\u00e1s de un meritorio 5\u00ba puesto en el Giro de Italia.<\/p>\n<h3>La emotiva despedida de un veterano<\/h3>\n<p>Mollema eligi\u00f3 la Cl\u00e1sica de las Hojas Muertas para decir adi\u00f3s porque all\u00ed consigui\u00f3 lo que considera su mayor logro. \u00ab<strong>18 Lombard\u00edas<\/strong> y la mejor victoria de mi vida\u00bb, expres\u00f3 en Como. Record\u00f3 con cari\u00f1o su triunfo en 2019, resaltando la dureza y el encanto del evento, as\u00ed como su amor por Italia y sus aficionados.<\/p>\n<p>A lo largo de su carrera, Mollema particip\u00f3 en Lombard\u00eda en cada temporada, marcando un r\u00e9cord absoluto con 18 participaciones. \u00abRealmente quer\u00eda despedirme en Lombard\u00eda.
