En respuesta, el equipo <strong>NSN<\/strong> ha decidido rendir homenaje a su memoria a trav\u00e9s de la creaci\u00f3n de una beca que lleva su nombre.<\/p>\n<h3>Detalles de la Beca de Desarrollo de Talento Finlay Tarling<\/h3>\n<p>Esta iniciativa busca apoyar a j\u00f3venes ciclistas de <strong>Gales<\/strong> con edades entre 15 y 20 a\u00f1os. Durante cinco a\u00f1os, un ciclista ser\u00e1 seleccionado anualmente para recibir equipamiento y participar en concentraciones de entrenamiento con el equipo de desarrollo.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00abEl corredor recibir\u00e1 equipamiento del equipo, contar\u00e1 con asesoramiento t\u00e9cnico y tendr\u00e1 la oportunidad de participar de las concentraciones de entrenamiento del equipo de desarrollo\u00bb, explic\u00f3 <strong>Kjell Carlstr\u00f6m<\/strong>, director general del equipo.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>El primer beneficiario de esta beca ser\u00e1 anunciado pr\u00f3ximamente y podr\u00e1 asistir a la primera concentraci\u00f3n en febrero de 2027.
