Esta disciplina re\u00fane a hombres y mujeres de cada selecci\u00f3n para competir en un formato \u00fanico. <strong>Espa\u00f1a<\/strong> participa con un equipo conformado por <strong>H\u00e9ctor \u00c1lvarez, Iv\u00e1n Romeo, E\u00f1aut Urcaregui, Sandra Alonso, Mireia Benito<\/strong> y <strong>Paula Blasi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Formato de la prueba de relevos mixtos<\/h3>\n<p>El formato del relevo mixto difiere notablemente de una contrarreloj convencional. Cada selecci\u00f3n presenta tres hombres y tres mujeres. Los hombres inician la carrera y, cuando el segundo cruza la meta, las mujeres comienzan su recorrido. El tiempo final se determina cuando la segunda mujer llega a la meta. Esta din\u00e1mica permite la p\u00e9rdida de un corredor en cada bloque, pero requiere que al menos dos lleguen juntos.<\/p>\n<p>El trazado en <strong>Montreal<\/strong> consta de 20,2 kil\u00f3metros para cada grupo, completando 40,4 km en total. El recorrido es principalmente de ida y vuelta, con un inicio descendente hacia el r\u00edo y un regreso con ligera subida, culminando en una pendiente del 6% en los \u00faltimos metros.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Italia, Suiza<\/strong> y <strong>Australia<\/strong> se perfilan como los principales favoritos para esta edici\u00f3n. La selecci\u00f3n italiana cuenta con corredores destacados como <strong>Filippo Ganna<\/strong> y <strong>Elisa Longo Borghini<\/strong>, mientras que Suiza apuesta por la potencia de <strong>Stefan K\u00fcng<\/strong> y <strong>Marlen Reusser<\/strong>.
