La elecci\u00f3n del monoplato en su bicicleta de carretera destaca por su simplicidad y eficiencia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El ciclista belga <strong>Remco Evenepoel<\/strong> ha enfocado su preparaci\u00f3n en el \u00abProject Canada\u00bb, con el objetivo de competir en el <strong>GP de Qu\u00e9bec<\/strong> y el <strong>GP de Montr\u00e9al<\/strong>, antes del Campeonato del Mundo de carretera de Montr\u00e9al. En su nueva <strong>Specialized S-Works Tarmac SL9<\/strong>, ha optado por una transmisi\u00f3n <strong>SRAM RED XPLR AXS 1&#215;13<\/strong>, una elecci\u00f3n que ha llamado la atenci\u00f3n en el mundo del ciclismo.<\/p>\n<h3>La evoluci\u00f3n del monoplato en carretera<\/h3>\n<p>Evenepoel ya hab\u00eda utilizado configuraciones monoplato anteriormente, pero la elecci\u00f3n del sistema <strong>SRAM RED XPLR<\/strong> para gravel es novedosa en su Tarmac SL9. Este sistema se destaca por un cambio trasero de anclaje directo UDH con 13 velocidades y un cassette 10-46, ofreciendo un rango del 460 %. Se ha observado que el plato delantero podr\u00eda ser de al menos 54 dientes.<\/p>\n<p>El monoplato en bicicletas de carretera ofrece varias ventajas. Simplifica la transmisi\u00f3n al eliminar el segundo plato y el desviador delantero, lo cual reduce posibles problemas mec\u00e1nicos y mejora la aerodin\u00e1mica. Adem\u00e1s, facilita la toma de decisiones durante la carrera al enfocarse \u00fanicamente en el cassette.<\/p>\n<p>El uso de esta configuraci\u00f3n no es exclusivo de Evenepoel. Otros ciclistas, como <strong>Mads Pedersen<\/strong> del equipo <strong>Lidl-Trek<\/strong>, han logrado victorias significativas con esta tecnolog\u00eda, destacando en la <strong>Gante-Wevelgem 2025<\/strong>. La simplicidad y el amplio rango del 10-46 han llevado a su adopci\u00f3n en cl\u00e1sicas y recorridos espec\u00edficos.<\/p>\n<p>Por ahora, Evenepoel ha probado esta configuraci\u00f3n durante sus entrenamientos previos al GP de Qu\u00e9bec.
