David Valero y Keegan Swenson lideran la lista de favoritos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Este s\u00e1bado 12 de septiembre, los Dolomitas italianos ser\u00e1n el escenario del <strong>Campeonato del Mundo de XC Marat\u00f3n 2026<\/strong>. La competici\u00f3n se desarrollar\u00e1 en un desafiante trazado de <strong>95 kil\u00f3metros<\/strong> con un desnivel positivo acumulado de <strong>4.000 metros<\/strong>. Las pruebas masculina y femenina compartir\u00e1n este recorrido con inicio y final en <strong>Fiera di Primiero<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Recorrido exigente y favoritos<\/h3>\n<p>El recorrido, que sigue el de la <strong>Mythos Primiero Dolomiti<\/strong>, se caracteriza por largas subidas y un perfil quebrado en sus dos primeros tercios. <strong>David Valero<\/strong>, actual campe\u00f3n de Europa de XCM y l\u00edder de la Copa del Mundo XCM, llega como uno de los principales candidatos, junto al campe\u00f3n defensor <strong>Keegan Swenson<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En la categor\u00eda masculina, adem\u00e1s de Valero y Swenson, destacan nombres como el alem\u00e1n <strong>Andreas Seewald<\/strong> y el colombiano <strong>H\u00e9ctor Leonardo P\u00e1ez<\/strong>. Por su parte, el equipo italiano competir\u00e1 con una numerosa representaci\u00f3n local.<\/p>\n<h3>Aspirantes en la categor\u00eda femenina<\/h3>\n<p>Ante la ausencia de <strong>Kate Courtney<\/strong>, la carrera femenina se presenta abierta. <strong>Anna Weinbeer<\/strong>, <strong>Mona Mitterwallner<\/strong> y <strong>Savilia Blunk<\/strong> son algunas de las favoritas.
