Megamo presenta su prototipo Track 32″ Concept V1 en el Italian Bike Festival para explorar las posibilidades de las ruedas de 32 pulgadas en el XC competitivo.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La marca Megamo<\/strong> ha sorprendido al mundo del ciclismo en el Italian Bike Festival<\/strong> en Misano con la presentaci\u00f3n de su nueva MTB prototipo, la Track 32″ Concept V1<\/strong>. Este modelo experimental est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para investigar c\u00f3mo afectan las ruedas de 32 pulgadas a una bicicleta de competici\u00f3n XC.<\/p>\n

Un proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n en desarrollo<\/h3>\n

Este prototipo forma parte de los esfuerzos de investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo de Megamo, y ha sido exhibido no solo en Misano, sino tambi\u00e9n en el evento Sea Otter<\/strong>. El objetivo es recopilar datos sobre la geometr\u00eda, configuraci\u00f3n y rendimiento t\u00e9cnico antes de decidir sobre su posible implementaci\u00f3n en futuros modelos.<\/p>\n

La Track 32″ Concept V1<\/strong> no es un reemplazo directo para las actuales bicicletas de 29 pulgadas. En cambio, Megamo est\u00e1 explorando si las ruedas m\u00e1s grandes pueden ofrecer beneficios adicionales, como una mejor capacidad para superar obst\u00e1culos y mantener la velocidad, sin comprometer otros aspectos cr\u00edticos como el peso y la rigidez.<\/p>\n

Desaf\u00edos t\u00e9cnicos y componentes adaptados<\/h3>\n

El dise\u00f1o de esta bicicleta ha requerido una reevaluaci\u00f3n completa de la geometr\u00eda tradicional. La unidad presentada en Misano muestra una pipa de direcci\u00f3n baja y un tri\u00e1ngulo trasero compacto, adaptado para acomodar las ruedas de 32 pulgadas. Las suspensiones y bujes DT Swiss<\/strong> han sido modificados para este di\u00e1metro, evidenciando que otros fabricantes tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n adaptando sus componentes a esta nueva medida.<\/p>\n

\u00abNo buscamos sustituir las 29″, sino explorar si las 32″ pueden ofrecer algo m\u00e1s\u00bb, explican desde Megamo.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
