Ond\u0159ej Cink ha sorprendido en Val di Sole con un prototipo de bicicleta Cube de 32 pulgadas, marcando un hito en el Campeonato del Mundo MTB.<\/strong><\/p>\n

El Campeonato del Mundo MTB 2026 en Val di Sole ha sido testigo de una innovadora apuesta t\u00e9cnica: las ruedas de 32 pulgadas<\/strong>. El ciclista Ond\u0159ej Cink<\/strong> ha utilizado un prototipo de Cube<\/strong> en la prueba de Short Track y se espera que lo haga nuevamente en la prueba XCO. La Federaci\u00f3n Checa de Ciclismo<\/strong> ha revelado los detalles de esta bicicleta, conocida como CUBE AMS Raceday C:68X 32″<\/strong>, equipada con suspensiones FOX RAD<\/strong>, transmisi\u00f3n Shimano XTR Di2<\/strong> y ruedas Newmen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Detalles t\u00e9cnicos del prototipo de Cink<\/h3>\n

El desarrollo de este prototipo comenz\u00f3 en competici\u00f3n hace pocas semanas, cuando Cink debut\u00f3 con la Cube AMS de 32 pulgadas ganando en Ostrava. Los buenos resultados lo llevaron a emplearla en la Copa del Mundo de Les Gets, y ahora en el Mundial de Val di Sole. Aunque en el Short Track sufri\u00f3 un incidente con su calzado, se espera que vuelva a usarla en la prueba XCO.<\/p>\n

El cuadro del prototipo, denominado CUBE AMS Raceday C:68X 32″ PROTOTYPE<\/strong>, cuenta con un recorrido trasero de 115 mm y una horquilla delantera FOX Factory 34 RAD<\/strong> de 120 mm. La bicicleta ha sido adaptada para acomodar las ruedas de 32 pulgadas, incluyendo una potencia con un \u00e1ngulo negativo pronunciado para mantener la posici\u00f3n del manillar adecuada.<\/p>\n

La transmisi\u00f3n est\u00e1 a cargo del grupo Shimano XTR Di2<\/strong>, con bielas de 175 mm y un plato de 34 dientes. Las ruedas, una caracter\u00edstica destacada, son de la marca Newmen<\/strong> con neum\u00e1ticos Schwalbe<\/strong>, y Cink ha optado por un inserto antipinchazos PTN (Pepi’s Tire Noodle)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u00abSi finalmente toma la salida del XCO con ella, esta Cube podr\u00eda convertirse en la primera bicicleta de 32 pulgadas de la historia en disputar un Campeonato del Mundo XCO.\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Aunque el peso del conjunto podr\u00eda ser mayor que el de una bicicleta de 29 pulgadas, la innovaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de esta Cube podr\u00eda marcar un antes y un despu\u00e9s en el mundo del ciclismo de monta\u00f1a.<\/p>\n
