La octava etapa<\/strong> de La Vuelta a Espa\u00f1a 2026<\/strong> se perfila como una oportunidad dorada para los sprinters. Con un recorrido de 171 kil\u00f3metros<\/strong> entre Pu\u00e7ol<\/strong> y Xeraco<\/strong>, la jornada presenta solo 1.280 metros de ascenso<\/strong>, siendo el Puerto de Barx<\/strong> el principal obst\u00e1culo antes de la meta.<\/p>\n

Un tramo final con potencial para sorpresas<\/h3>\n

Durante gran parte del d\u00eda, los equipos de los velocistas podr\u00e1n controlar el ritmo en carreteras favorables. Sin embargo, la verdadera prueba llegar\u00e1 en los \u00faltimos 35 kil\u00f3metros<\/strong>, con el sprint intermedio en Simat de la Valldigna<\/strong> y el ascenso al Puerto de Barx, de 2\u00aa categor\u00eda<\/strong> y 4,7 km al 5,6%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Equipos como Lidl-Trek<\/strong> o Visma-Lease a Bike<\/strong> podr\u00edan aprovechar esta subida para desequilibrar a los hombres r\u00e1pidos, aunque tras la cima a\u00fan quedar\u00e1n 27,4 kil\u00f3metros<\/strong> hasta la llegada, incluidos unos 13 kil\u00f3metros llanos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
