Con cinco puertos categorizados, se perfila como un d\u00eda decisivo para los escaladores.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La s\u00e9ptima etapa de <strong>La Vuelta a Espa\u00f1a 2026<\/strong> ofrece un emocionante recorrido de 149.8 kil\u00f3metros desde <strong>Vall D\u2019Alba<\/strong> hasta la estaci\u00f3n de esqu\u00ed de <strong>Valdelinares<\/strong>, con un nuevo final en alto a casi 2000 metros de altitud. Los ciclistas enfrentar\u00e1n 3600 metros de desnivel acumulado en cinco puertos categorizados, comenzando con el Puerto de El Remolcador, de 12.4 km al 4.4%.<\/p>\n<h3>Desaf\u00edos y estrategia<\/h3>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de un descenso t\u00e9cnico, el pelot\u00f3n se encontrar\u00e1 con el <strong>Alto de Zucaina<\/strong>, seguido por un tramo de 30 km hasta el <strong>Alto Fuente de Rubielos<\/strong>. Este puerto presenta una pendiente desafiante con tramos que alcanzan el 14% de inclinaci\u00f3n. La aproximaci\u00f3n al final incluye el Puerto de San Rafael, de 11.2 km al 4.4%, antes de encarar la subida final en Valdelinares.<\/p>\n<p>El clima ser\u00e1 favorable, con nubes cubriendo el sol y un viento lateral que no afectar\u00e1 significativamente a los ciclistas. La etapa se perfila como un 70\/30 a favor de la fuga, aunque todo se decidir\u00e1 en las rampas finales, donde un escalador con un buen cambio de ritmo podr\u00eda marcar la diferencia.<\/p>\n<h3>Favoritos y predicciones<\/h3>\n<p>Entre los favoritos para ganar la etapa se encuentran <strong>Ben Tulett<\/strong>, <strong>Julien Bernard<\/strong> y <strong>Alexey Lutsenko<\/strong>.
