Apodado el \u2018Paul Seixas vasco-bearn\u00e9s\u2019, Laffitte ha tomado la sorprendente decisi\u00f3n de declinar ofertas de equipos importantes como <strong>Visma \u2013 Lease a Bike<\/strong> y <strong>Decathlon CMA CGM<\/strong> para unirse a <strong>Euskaltel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>El camino hacia Euskaltel<\/h3>\n<p>Laffitte, que compite con la nacionalidad gala, ha sido parte del <strong>Team Iparralde<\/strong>, el equipo junior afiliado a Euskaltel. En lugar de dar el salto a estructuras m\u00e1s grandes, ha decidido continuar su desarrollo en la misma organizaci\u00f3n, uni\u00e9ndose al programa sub-23 de la <strong>Fundaci\u00f3n Euskadi<\/strong>. \u00abEs el primero en seguir este camino que establecimos hace dos a\u00f1os\u00bb, se\u00f1ala Fran\u00e7ois Duhart, presidente del club Iparralde.<\/p>\n<p>El ciclista ha optado por un enfoque menos presionado, siguiendo un camino l\u00f3gico dentro de su estructura actual. \u00abEs un acuerdo verbal; el contrato oficial se firmar\u00e1 el mes que viene, pero mi decisi\u00f3n ya est\u00e1 tomada\u00bb, declar\u00f3 Laffitte, quien ya ha logrado importantes victorias esta temporada.<\/p>\n<p>Entre sus logros recientes se encuentran triunfos en la <strong>43. San Jose txirrindulari Saria<\/strong>, el <strong>Trofeo Primavera<\/strong>, el <strong>Memorial Joxe Korta<\/strong> y la <strong>XLVIII Udaberri Proba<\/strong>.
