Sin embargo, el equipo no se limitar\u00e1 a estos l\u00edderes y ha decidido incorporar nuevos talentos.<\/p>\n<h3>Contratos y renovaciones<\/h3>\n<p>De los 28 ciclistas actuales, 11 tienen sus contratos venciendo a finales de 2026. Entre ellos, <strong>Nairo Quintana<\/strong> ya anunci\u00f3 su retiro, mientras que <strong>Iv\u00e1n Garc\u00eda Cortina<\/strong> y <strong>Lorenzo Milesi<\/strong> partir\u00e1n a nuevos equipos como <strong>Alpecin \u2013 Premier Tech<\/strong> y <strong>Soudal \u2013 Quick-Step<\/strong>, respectivamente. Otros como <strong>Einer Rubio<\/strong> y <strong>Michel Hessmann<\/strong> han renovado sus contratos.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, <strong>Manilo Moro<\/strong> y <strong>Filip Maciejuk<\/strong> fueron renovados por una temporada m\u00e1s. Moro, destacado por su desempe\u00f1o en pista con la selecci\u00f3n italiana, es visto como una apuesta a futuro, mientras que Maciejuk ha sido valorado por su potencia en el llano.<\/p>\n<h3>Nuevas incorporaciones<\/h3>\n<p>El equipo tambi\u00e9n ha anunciado la promoci\u00f3n de <strong>Javier Cubillas<\/strong> desde su equipo de desarrollo, junto con los fichajes de j\u00f3venes promesas como <strong>Mateo Ram\u00edrez<\/strong> y <strong>Mads Landbo<\/strong>.
