A sus 39 a\u00f1os, Woods hab\u00eda dejado el ciclismo profesional debido al desgaste f\u00edsico que conlleva la preparaci\u00f3n moderna.<\/p>\n<h3>El regreso de una leyenda<\/h3>\n<p>Aunque hab\u00eda anunciado su retiro, Woods hab\u00eda dejado abierta la posibilidad de regresar mediante una declaraci\u00f3n en la que mencionaba tener \u00abplanes \u00e9picos que revelar\u00eda en su momento\u00bb. Durante su carrera, Woods logr\u00f3 importantes victorias en etapas de grandes vueltas y en cl\u00e1sicas.<\/p>\n<p>En los \u00faltimos meses, el ciclista se mantuvo activo compitiendo en <strong>Gravel<\/strong>, logrando destacados resultados como top 10 en eventos en Gran Breta\u00f1a y Canad\u00e1. Adem\u00e1s, finaliz\u00f3 s\u00e9ptimo en el campeonato nacional de ruta. Su participaci\u00f3n en el Mundial ha sido una sorpresa para muchos.<\/p>\n<h3>La formaci\u00f3n canadiense<\/h3>\n<p>El equipo canadiense para el Mundial contar\u00e1 con ciclistas como <strong>Hugo Houle<\/strong>, <strong>Michael Leonard<\/strong>, <strong>Nickolas Zukowsky<\/strong>, <strong>Pier-Andr\u00e9 C\u00f4t\u00e9<\/strong> y <strong>Derek Gee-West<\/strong>.
