El hist\u00f3rico ciclista neerland\u00e9s participar\u00e1 en su \u00faltima gran vuelta con el equipo Visma, cerrando una carrera de 17 a\u00f1os en la misma estructura.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Steven Kruijswijk<\/strong>, conocido por su podio en el Tour de France 2019 y su destacada actuaci\u00f3n en el Giro d’Italia 2016, se retirar\u00e1 al final de la temporada. A modo de homenaje, Visma \u2013 Lease a Bike<\/strong> le ha asegurado un puesto en el equipo que competir\u00e1 en la pr\u00f3xima Vuelta a Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>. Este gesto se asemeja al que tuvo el equipo con Robert Gesink<\/strong> en 2024.<\/p>\n

Una carrera marcada por la constancia y lealtad<\/h3>\n

Kruijswijk ha sido parte de la misma estructura desde sus inicios, comenzando en el equipo de desarrollo de Rabobank. A lo largo de su carrera, se ha destacado por su capacidad de escalar, lo que demostr\u00f3 en su debut en el Giro d’Italia en 2009. Su mejor temporada fue en 2016, cuando casi logra ganar el Giro, pero una ca\u00edda le impidi\u00f3 llevarse el t\u00edtulo.<\/p>\n

A pesar de haber cedido su liderazgo a Primoz Roglic<\/strong> en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, Kruijswijk ha mantenido un rol crucial como gregario. En la reciente Vuelta a Burgos, lider\u00f3 al pelot\u00f3n durante m\u00e1s de 80 kil\u00f3metros, demostrando que a\u00fan es un recurso valioso para su equipo.<\/p>\n

El ciclista neerland\u00e9s se prepara para su octava participaci\u00f3n en La Vuelta, cerrando una carrera en la que tambi\u00e9n ha corrido nueve veces el Giro y siete el Tour.
