Esta decisi\u00f3n llega tras no lograr asegurar la continuidad del grupo en medio de una crisis que afecta a toda la industria ciclista.<\/p>\n<h3>Un intento de venta fallido<\/h3>\n<p>El anuncio se produce poco despu\u00e9s de que la venta al fondo <strong>DuTech Group<\/strong> de Singapur pareciera casi un hecho, con la aprobaci\u00f3n de las autoridades de competencia en varios pa\u00edses europeos. Sin embargo, la operaci\u00f3n no se concret\u00f3 por razones a\u00fan desconocidas.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00abEs una situaci\u00f3n profundamente triste y frustrante\u00bb, expres\u00f3 el CEO Jonas Nilsson al comunicar la decisi\u00f3n a los empleados de Accell.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Nilsson destac\u00f3 que, tras evaluar todas las opciones junto al consejo de administraci\u00f3n, la suspensi\u00f3n de pagos era inevitable. La prioridad ahora es trabajar con los administradores designados para preservar la mayor cantidad posible de empleos y actividades viables del grupo.<\/p>\n<h3>El impacto de la pandemia y un futuro incierto<\/h3>\n<p>Durante la pandemia, Accell experiment\u00f3 un auge gracias a la alta demanda de bicicletas el\u00e9ctricas, lo que llev\u00f3 a su adquisici\u00f3n por parte de <strong>KKR<\/strong> en 2022. Sin embargo, el retorno a niveles de demanda normales y los grandes excedentes de stock impactaron severamente en sus finanzas.<\/p>\n<p>El programa de reestructuraci\u00f3n \u00ab<strong>One Accell<\/strong>\u00bb no logr\u00f3 revertir la situaci\u00f3n, y la reciente suspensi\u00f3n de pagos busca ofrecer un respiro para una posible reorganizaci\u00f3n.
