El director del equipo Competitive Edge, <strong>Christopher Drummond<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n fue sancionado y excluido de la etapa.<\/p>\n<p>Este tipo de infracciones no son nuevas en el ciclismo, y el Tour de Guadalupe ya hab\u00eda enfrentado un incidente similar el a\u00f1o pasado.
