Este periodo de 18 d\u00edas tiene como objetivo optimizar su rendimiento antes del Mundial de Mountain Bike, que se desarrollar\u00e1 del 26 al 30 de agosto en Val di Sole, Italia.<\/p>\n<h3>Preparaci\u00f3n en altura para un rendimiento \u00f3ptimo<\/h3>\n<p>Bajo la direcci\u00f3n de la seleccionadora <strong>Anna Villar<\/strong>, los ciclistas convocados buscar\u00e1n alcanzar su mejor forma en uno de los centros m\u00e1s reconocidos para el deporte de alto nivel. La altitud de Sierra Nevada, a 2.320 metros sobre el nivel del mar, es ideal para aprovechar la hipoxia y estimular adaptaciones fisiol\u00f3gicas como el aumento de gl\u00f3bulos rojos y una mejor capacidad de transporte de ox\u00edgeno.<\/p>\n<p>Este tipo de entrenamiento es crucial para mejorar el rendimiento aer\u00f3bico, y el periodo de concentraci\u00f3n de 18 d\u00edas est\u00e1 en l\u00ednea con las recomendaciones para obtener los m\u00e1ximos beneficios. Este enfoque busca trasladar al Mundial el buen nivel mostrado en el Campeonato de Europa.<\/p>\n<h3>Coincidencia con la Copa del Mundo de Les Gets<\/h3>\n<p>La concentraci\u00f3n coincide con la <strong>Copa del Mundo de XCO de Les Gets<\/strong>, que se celebra entre el 21 y el 23 de agosto. La <strong>RFEC<\/strong> a\u00fan no ha especificado c\u00f3mo se gestionar\u00e1 esta coincidencia, pero podr\u00eda influir en las decisiones de los corredores.
