Este movimiento forma parte de su estrategia de desarrollo a largo plazo, conocida como plan <strong>ONE 2024-2030<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El nuevo equipo cuenta con el apoyo de patrocinadores clave como <strong>DECATHLON<\/strong>, <strong>CMA CGM<\/strong>, <strong>Van Rysel<\/strong>, <strong>Adecco<\/strong> y <strong>SHINE by Cegid<\/strong>. La iniciativa busca fortalecer el desarrollo del talento femenino y promover la igualdad de oportunidades en el ciclismo profesional.<\/p>\n<h3>Integraci\u00f3n en el programa NewGen<\/h3>\n<p>El equipo femenino se integrar\u00e1 en el programa <strong>NewGen<\/strong>, dirigido por <strong>Guillaume Bonnafond<\/strong>. Este programa ya incluye equipos masculinos en categor\u00edas junior y continental. La base del proyecto ser\u00e1 en <strong>La Motte-Servolex<\/strong>, donde el equipo dispone de un Centro de Rendimiento que es fundamental para la formaci\u00f3n y desarrollo de ciclistas j\u00f3venes.<\/p>\n<p>La plantilla inicial estar\u00e1 compuesta por 12 corredoras y compartir\u00e1 recursos con el equipo masculino <strong>WorldTour<\/strong>. Este enfoque permitir\u00e1 a las ciclistas acceder a servicios de alto nivel, como bicicletas y equipamiento de <strong>Van Rysel<\/strong>, manteniendo un est\u00e1ndar de rendimiento elevado.<\/p>\n<p>El director del programa, <strong>Guillaume Bonnafond<\/strong>, expres\u00f3: <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cNuestra filosof\u00eda se basa en el desarrollo y la detecci\u00f3n de talento.
